The challenge
The Digital Hotelier wanted to help hotels increase revenue and guest satisfaction by putting every in-stay service — room service, requests, bookings and information — one tap away, and needed a website that would sell the product to hotel operators.
Our approach
We designed the guest journey end-to-end, built the mobile app for iOS and Android, and created a responsive B2B website with a clear demo-request funnel. After launch we stayed on for ongoing support and product guidance.
